Good news! Waitrose Ashbourne have chosen Careline as one of their Community Matters charities for the month of June. So if you  shop in the store, our collection box will be ready for lots of green tokens from this Friday, 27th May! Please let your friends and family know too, as this represents a big boost to our funds during  a very challenging year.

Book a mini-treatment with one of our beauty and complimentary therapists – file & polish, manicure, indian head massage, hand and arm massage or Colour Reiki. Or have your hair dry cut or put up by one of our hairstylists. Meet award winning make up artist Esther Marie and learn her 10 tips on how to look great and save time. We’ll have a range of stalls with beautiful local handicrafts, make-up, skin products and jewellery to browse, as well as delicious homemade cakes courtesy of the Humble Bumblebee pop up cafe.

Tickets are only £6 each ( including a glass of Prosecco or elderflower fizz) & are available from the Careline Office, St Oswald’s Hospital, Clifton Rd, Ashbourne. Mini-treatments cost £5 each and can be booked in advance on 01335 210353 or on the evening.

You are invited to join Careline for coffee and cake at the Holly Rd Supportive Care Centre – a new community space for the people of Uttoxeter. Meet new friends, catch up with someone you may not have seen for a while or simply discover  some of the services available to you nearby, as you enjoy the comfort of this beautifully renovated centre. And just to be sure that you are feeling completely relaxed, one of  our therapists will offer you a complimentary hand massage!

Everyone welcome!

ego-design-10-years

A big thank you to Ego, a local design agency based in Brailsford who have chosen Careline as one of the charities for whom they will be fundraising in 2016, as they celebrate their 10th year in business! They are hoping to raise around £10,000, which will be split equally between all 10 charities at the end of the year.

One of their exciting ideas is a charity draw, which has some great prizes and entry costing as little as £1 – we couldn’t resist having a go ourselves!

Please use the following link to support Careline, along with the other worthwhile causes: http://www.prizedraw.designbyego.co.uk/

Good luck!
