Jane Fulham – Manager

Jane first joined Careline in November 2012 to cover maternity leave and subsequently returned as Manager in 2015.  Jane has lived in Ashbourne since December 2009, having moved from Lancashire to be closer to her husband’s business in Chesterfield.  She has 3 children, the eldest of whom lives and works in London, her 2nd daughter is at University in Manchester and her son attends QEGs in Ashbourne. Jane has a considerable amount of experience in both the private and public sectors, with over 15 years’ experience in Adult and Children’s Social care managing complaints, customer relations, fairness and diversity, administration, training and development.  Jane has qualifications in Leadership and Management, Business Administration, training and development and is a qualified Coach and Mediator.  She is an ex-Nurse and was a British Airways Stewardess for many years before having her family. She is also a Registrar and conducts civil wedding ceremonies throughout Staffordshire and Derbyshire. Her interests include singing and she is a member of Dale Diva, a local chorus based in Matlock.

Jo Bradley – Befriending  Co-ordinator

Jo joined Careline in May 2013, as the Befriending Project Co-ordinator for Uttoxeter and surrounding villages. Originally from Tyneside, she gained a BSC (Hons) Marketing and Law Degree in Leicester before joining BT, where she worked as an International Marketing Manager. Jo moved to Stanton with her husband Dean 19 years ago, taking a career break in 2003 to raise her son Sam, now a teenager. During this time she undertook a wide variety of voluntary roles including managing the Stanton Toddler Group, Treasurer for The Friends of Clifton Primary School, parent helper for the Young Ashbourne Singers and cattery volunteer for Ashbourne Animal Welfare where she still co-ordinates visits to The Ark for schools and children’s groups. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and sings with the Ashbourne Singers.

Carolyn Storer – Befriending Co-ordinator

Carolyn joined the team in July 2017 as a Befriending Coordinator. She moved to Uttoxeter from Essex in 2016 and decided that not only did she want a fresh start in a different part of the country, she also wanted a change in career. So, after many years as a Qualified Veterinary Nurse she will be working part time at Careline, as well as volunteering for many other worthy causes in and around Uttoxeter. Carolyn will also be studying for a Forensic Psychology degree with the Open University this coming October. Carolyn enjoys singing, reading (she always has her nose in a book!), and going to the movies. She’s very much enjoying her new home, her new town and as a keen hiker, she’s loving being so close to the countryside.
